Business Impact Analysis Training Course

The BIA is the main technique used for analysing an organization and forms the Analysis stage of the BCM Lifecycle. It will help you review and assess an organization to identify its objectives, how it functions, and the constraints of its operating environment.

This 2-day course comes complete with course slides and Student Workbook that contains exercises to be completed throughout the course. The course is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) and reflects current International Standards in business continuity.

Embedding Business Continuity Training Course

This course is designed to introduce students to the art of designing and implementing effective embedding activities as a key part of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Lifecycle.     Resilience Adviser and Trainer Approved Instructor – the Business Continuity Institute An international, influential and experienced risk, emergency response, crisis management & business continuity adviser who has specialized in critical infrastructure (e.g. oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy, utilities etc.), together with manufacturing, finance, insurance, government and many other sectors since 1996. Chairman of BCI 2010-2012. Honorary Fellow of the BCI, Fellow of the CMI, Specialist of the IRM and a Member of BSI. Lead Auditor for ISO 22301:2012; a contributor to AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7001:2015 and an Approved Instructor for the BCI. James is a highly experienced CBCI Instructor. He has delivered the course approximately 40 times since 2010: in Asia, the GCC and UK. He achieves extremely positive exam results for, and feedback from, his students. He was the first person in the world to deliver the new 2018 version of the GPG. He has taken the CBCI exam twice achieving a Merit on both occasions.
