Introduction to Operational Resilience Online Course (2 week - part time)
This two-week part-time course (3.5 hrs over two days) delivered directly by the BCI is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the key components of operational resilience. It aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills that can be seamlessly integrated into their organizations.

- 3.5 hour classes once a week
- Recorded sessions with access available until 10 days after course completion
Those attending the live sessions will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the BCI within 4 weeks of completion of the course.
Those who are unable to attend the live sessions and only access the learning through the recorded sessions, will have to submit a 300–500-word reflection document to highlight their takeaways from the course. This must be submitted to [email protected] within 10 days of completing the course. The Certificate of Attendance will be issued within 4 weeks of receipt and acceptance of this reflection write-up.
