    Chen Voon is the Chief Operating Officer of GRC Consulting Services (GRCCS). He specialises in Governance, Risk and Compliance (“GRC”) and Business Continuity Management ("BCM") services with 22 years of experience. Chen Voon is one of the first Malaysians who qualifies as Approved BCI Instructor approved by the BCI, UK to deliver the BCI Training in Malaysia and Globally. Chen Voon has conducted CBCI Certification courses involving participants from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

    He is a winner of two awards from The Business Continuity Institute for:

    • BCI Asia Award – Industry Personality of the Year 2016; and
    • BCI Asia Award – Continuity and Resilience Consultant of the Year 2016.

    Prior to joining GRCCS, Chen Voon was the Chief Risk Officer and General Manager of government statutory body from August 2010 to April 2013. He was also tasked with the responsibility to manage BCM in the government statutory body and to ensure that it is able to resume its operations during a disaster. As a consultant, Chen Voon has led various BCM engagements including BC and Crisis Simulation Exercises for many industries such as investment holding, banking, insurance, deposit insurance, logistics, port operations and shipping, government agencies and statutory bodies, oil and gas, telecommunications, hospitality and venture capital.

    Chen Voon is a regular guest speaker/trainer invited to deliver talks and trainings in seminars and conferences locally and abroad on BCM and GRC related topics. His countries of experience include China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, USA and Vietnam.

    Affeiz Abdul Razak is an Approved Instructor for the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) certifications, and has more than 20 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Internal Audit (IA), Enterprise Risk Management  (ERM) and Corporate Governance. He has vast experience in BCM, ERM and IA both as a practitioner and as a consultant, and is actively involved in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and the BCM fraternity in Malaysia. He also sits as a member of the Board of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) and as the Governor and Honorary Treasurer for 2018-2020 term. He has also served as a member of the International Committee of The Risk Management Society RIMS (US) for 2017-2018.

    Affeiz has led various BCM consulting engagements including BC Simulation Exercises for many industries such as oil and gas, government agencies and statutory bodies, venture capital, investment holding, banking, insurance, deposit insurance, logistics, port operations and shipping. He has conducted CBCI Certification courses involving participants from Malaysia, South East Asia and United Arab Emirates. He is also a regular guest speaker and trainer invited to deliver speeches and trainings in seminars and conferences locally in Malaysia and abroad such as in Dubai, Chicago and Singapore.
