We welcome speaker requests from external organizations. Please review the terms below & fill in form below and we will be in touch!

This process ensures clarity and sets expectations for those requesting speakers, helping to manage timelines and maintain the quality and availability of speakers.

The BCI reserves the right to accept or refuse any speaker request at its discretion.
To ensure adequate preparation and scheduling, all requests must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of the event date.
The BCI will review and respond to any speaker request within 3 weeks of submission.
