This webinar will provide a practical, step-by-step walkthrough on how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar to design a realistic tabletop crisis exercise in under 30 minutes.
The tabletop scenario focuses on improving internal collaboration among crisis team members, structured decision making, effective documentation and early situation assessment - all within the context of a plausible natural disaster scenario (e.g. flooding in Central Europe).

The scope of the exercise is aimed at a high-level crisis management team and not, for example, IT experts.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to use ChatGPT or similar AI tools in combination with a one-page variable prompt to:

  • Design and set up a realistic crisis scenario
  • Assign role-specific injects to members of a crisis management team
  • Simulate internal decision-making and communication workflows
  • Apply effective evaluation criteria to assess the success of the exercise.

We look forward to welcoming you!
