The webinar will be a case study on the implementation of a business continuity plan (BCP) in a B2C product manufacturing industrial company. The goal of the webinar is to define the strategies to adopt in response to potential risks of business interruption. We will begin by describing the potential crisis scenarios, the interaction between these scenarios across the entire value chain, from raw material supply to sales and marketing. These crisis scenarios will take into account several external challenges: regulatory changes, product-related normative requirements, and contractual obligations.

The webinar will provide insights into the management plans to be developed for each scenario, ensuring better preparedness, as well as the ideal framework for creating plans tailored to each scenario. It is also an opportunity to exchange and discuss with other participants ways to improve industrial business continuity plans at the continental level. It will also showcase examples of industrial crisis management and how companies have dealt with them through internal procedures, monitoring tools, or prevention via effective risk management. The goal is to develop a comprehensive framework for managing business continuity in a purely industrial environment where the B2C component is present and the requirements are higher in terms of product availability.
