MBCI – Head of BCS, ClearView Continuity

Claire is the Head of BCS (Business Continuity Specialists) at ClearView Continuity, leading a team of specialists who work with international clients across all sectors to implement ClearView and provide additional support through consultancy services. Prior to joining ClearView, she worked in a variety of operational BC roles across a number of sectors and she is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute and a qualified Prince2 Practitioner.  Claire has significant experience in implementing complex BC programmes, with a notable achievement of gaining BS25999 certification (now ISO22301) for a large utility organisation with no non-conformances or opportunities for improvement identified.

She enjoys the practical and intellectual challenges of working within the BC industry and values the broad exposure it gives of many different client organisations. Understanding that a BC programme should be driven by the size, complexity and maturity of the organisation, Claire is passionate that clients do not over complicate BC. She believes it is essential to ensure a fit for purpose BC capability is delivered into an organisation that enables preparedness for any incident and gaining maximum buy in from all participants which is fully supported by ClearView’s principle of making the complicated BC process simple for all users.
