  • 5:00 PM – 5:10 PM - Welcome and Introduction Duration: 10 minutes Opening remarks and welcome by the BCI KSA Chapter Leader. Introduction to the BCI Saudi Arabia Chapter, its objectives, and the importance of building a resilient business community.
  • 5:10 PM – 5:20 PM - Overview of the BCI KSA Chapter and Planned Activities Duration: 10 minutes Detailed explanation of the Chapter's mission, goals, and upcoming events or initiatives to engage professionals across various industries.
  • 5:20 PM – 5:45 PM - Featured Presentation: Business Continuity Topic of Interest. Duration: 25 minutes Presentation by a BCM expert on a trending or high-priority topic in business continuity, tailored to the audience's interests and current challenges.
  • 5:45 PM – 6:15 PM - Live Q&A with BCM Experts Duration: 30 minutes Open Q&A session where participants can ask questions by typing their questions in the chat mode live. Responses and advice will be provided by the Chapter Leader or Committee members 
  • 6:15 PM – 6:25 PM - Call to Action: Join BCI Duration: 10 minutes Encouraging participants to join BCI and explaining the benefits of membership, including access to resources, networking opportunities, and professional development.
  • 6:25 PM – 6:30 PM - Closing Remarks Duration: 5 minutes Thanking participants, a brief recap of key takeaways, and an outline of the next steps.
