Tim Marjason FBCI MEPS CEM ISO 22301 LI
Business Continuity and Crisis Management Subject Matter Expert, Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC
Prior to setting up Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC in Dubai, UAE in October 2015, Tim was a Chief Inspector and the former Head of Corporate Business Continuity Management for the Metropolitan Police Service, New Scotland Yard, London.
After a long operational career with the Metropolitan Police Service, Tim’s final 10 years were in the fields of Business Continuity Management, Command and Control, Crisis Management, Crisis Communications, Emergency Preparedness, Programme Management and Business Change. Tim was the Bronze Emergency Preparedness Commander for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Over the past 10 years Tim has been working with various organizations across all industries in the Middle East and internationally. As a SME he is supporting clients with the establishment, implementation and improvement of their Business Continuity Management Systems and Crisis Management capabilities. He has designed and delivered many workshops and training courses as well as exercises to validate plans.
He is a Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI), an Approved BCI Instructor, a certified member of the UK Emergency Planning Society – MEPS and a certified PECB ISO 22301 Lead Implementer Trainer.

Thomas Bennett FBCI, FEPS
Business Continuity, Risk Management, Emergency Planning and Crisis Management Specialist, Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC
Thomas began his career in resilience as a Flood Emergency Planning Officer rising to Risk Manager and Civil Contingencies Manager in the local authority for Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. He evolved into a resilience subject matter expert handling amongst others, COMAH, mass fatalities, flooding, emergency rest centers and working with the voluntary sector. Thomas was instrumental in local authority compliance with the Civil Contingencies Act (2004). Furthermore, Thomas led on crisis management training, exercising, plan writing, took on the remit for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program for Bedfordshire County Council and Bedford Borough Council and led on BC awareness/promotion with local businesses.
Thomas was the Business Continuity Lead for a major Oil & Gas company in the Middle East. He has developed and implemented their entire BCM program. After a series of security breaches, he was central to identifying and procuring long lead critical resources to take organizational resilience to a higher level.
Thomas holds a BSc in Development of Health and Disaster from Coventry University. He earned the prestigious Fellowship of the Emergency Planning Society after his extensive work in joint emergency planning with other Category 1 responders and for his crisis management work on major incidents such as Buncefield, unexploded ordinance devices, evacuations, and local weather-related incidents.
In 2022 Thomas won the BCI Global Resilience and Continuity Professional (Public Sector) Award following the BCI Middle East award in the same category for his extensive resilience work and professional achievements during his recent career.

Huda Al-Rasheed MBCI ISO 22301 LI LA 27001 LI LA
Business Continuity Subject Matter Expert , Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC
Huda is a Senior Cyber Security Analyst with over 10 years’ experience in the resilience industry. She is currently responsible of developing and implementing a Business Continuity Management System in a government institution in Kuwait.
Huda holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Kuwait University and a master’s degree in software engineering from Queen Mary University of London. She is ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 certified (LI, LA), and an active Member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
As a Business Continuity Subject Matter Expert Huda has supported many organizations across various industries, including Oil & Gas and the banking sector. Huda has also been a featured speaker at numerous BC conferences and written several articles on BC trends.
In recognition of her contributions to the Training industry, Huda has been recognised as a BCI Approved Instructor and has experience in delivering BCI courses in Arabic and English. In addition, she is a professional certified trainer and IMAS instructional designer by Canada Global Center.

Raouf Riahi MBCI CBCI ISO 22301 LI
Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Security Subject Matter Expert, Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC
Throughout his career Raouf has worked in the Business Continuity, Security and Crisis Management fields with international organizations across various sectors. These include Oil and Gas, Finance, Education, Banking, Healthcare, Power, Insurance, IT, Defence and Security, Public Administration, Social Protection. He has also worked with funded projects such as USAID and CIPRES.
Raouf is a member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) and a PECB ISO 22301 Senior Lead Implementer and Instructor, winner of the BCI Africa awards 2021 and 2022. He is the Vice Chair of the BCI North and West Africa Chapter and a member of the International Association of Professionals in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection (IAPHAP).
He is a highly effective communicator, including delivery of briefings at senior government level, with Ambassadors and COPs/Program Leaders on a range of business continuity, risk management, crisis management and security. Raouf is also confidently able to deal with the international media. With 25 years of experience, he understands the challenges of overall organizational resilience, balancing tact, and diplomacy with frank and forthright assessments. He engenders a collaborative approach to encourage successful buy-in at all levels.

Abdullah is an accomplished professional driven by vision, results, and ethics, a leader and manager with over 20 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery and Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and Information Security.
Within his career in Business Continuity Management, Abdullah has held leadership positions in setting up and progressing business continuity management programs, locally, regionally and internationally. His experience includes implementations in Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, Exercising and Testing, and business continuity management software tools. The industries and organizations he has been working with include high-profile government agencies, telecom operators, financial institutions, airlines, retailers, and international agencies.
Abdullah is also a very active contributor to the business continuity industry. He is author of the BCM book titled “Business Continuity Management. Choosing to survive“ published by IT Governance Publishing. He has also delivered sessions in the BCI’s global BCM World Conference. He published business continuity articles in Continuity Magazine, continuitycentral.com, and Business Continuity Journal.
Abdullah is a Fellow of the BCI (FBCI).
