Andersen Steinberg are working closely with a major Bank in order to bring a Regional Head of Technology BCM for Asia. You will have at least 3 years BCM experience and 7 years plus IT experience. The Business Continuity Management department is established within the company and comprises:
 Business Relationship Management
 Crisis Management Development
 BCM Technology
 BCM Programme Office providing support to all functions.

The increased level of incidents/threats, the complexity of operations within the company, combined with increasing regulatory scrutiny calls for heightened attention to BCM.

• Provide Technology oversight, steering and support of Business Resumption requirements by programme managing regional applications implementation to meet business requirements – as per Business Impact Analysis
• Design and facilitation of regional and global business resumption planning & testing exercises. Coordination and technical testing of critical business resumption functions, systems and resources. Documentation of results and management of action items.
• Participation in regional/global requirements and standards development.
• Monitoring and reporting on IT unit compliance to established guidelines and standards.
• Assist with the implementation of the region’s crisis management processes and team members; conduct annual simulations
• Work closely with IT infrastructure and development teams to deliver additional applications into regional data-centres
• Manage BCM and projects from creation to implementation
• Relationship management with Senior Technology management functions
• Reporting of Compliance to IT Teams in respect of their BCM obligations
• Work with Regional Head of BCM to keep each other informed of developments and issues arising out of their interactions with Information Technology
• Manage complete India BCM program for the company
• Provide support to IT BCM coordinators and business managers in the development, update & maintenance of their business resumption plans
• Perform quality reviews of IT plans & make recommendations for improvements
• Lead regional and global testing exercises and training sessions for AP business units. Ensure that allocated IT recovery solutions meet business requirements via robust testing.
