Business Continuity Specialist

£40 - £45,000 dependent on experience plus benefits
Location :Nr Reading Berks

Key responsibilities:
* Review and maintain Business Continuity Policy and Operating protocol documentation in line with the Company management system
* Play a key role in project managing the implantation of a system to manage, monitor and report on Directorate level plans
* Review the Business Continuity process to ensure strong linkages with the risk management process and emergency response process
* Identify and coordinate suitable level walkthroughs of existing Business Continuity Plans across the business and progress outstanding actions for the appropriate accountable areas
* Work with the accountable areas to ensure the Business Continuity process is understood, is deployed and improvement actions implemented
Qualifications:
* Member of BCI at Associate level min and MBCI preferred
* Relevant degree or diploma an advantage

Experience:
* Business continuity management within a complex, high value commercial organisation
* Experience of writing Business Continuity plans desirable and supporting exercises
