The IT Continuity Technical Author is required to create technical documents detailing IT Recovery and recovery testing of infrastructure and applications. One of the goals in this role is to move away from standard documenting methods using word and visio and moving towards a system documentation tools linked to the configuration management data base. Knowledge of documentation creation using programmatic and web-based tools it therefore desirable. This new position within a leading investment bank is a great opportunity to play a key part in a dynamic team that drive high standards in business continuity and IT services continuity management.
