Risk and BCP Manager

IFDS are the leading provider of IT and administration services to UK retail investment clients and their customers. In order to maintain our high quality service and meet continued growth we are looking to recruit a Risk & BCP Manager to integrate with the existing team.

You will provide support to the Senior Risk & BCP Manager in the on-going monitoring and reporting of the effectiveness of the IFDS Risk Framework and assist in ensuring the strategic plans are realised in a way that reflects the risk appetite of the Board.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of the BC programme
• Assist with the co-ordination of Business Continuity Plans and the testing of plans and procedures
• Management of incidents
• Undertaking work to support business managers in developing and further embedding the existing Risk Management Framework at IFDS.
• Assisting in developing the internal Risk Management System to enhance the existing Risk Management Framework.

You will have related experience and an understanding of risk and control (BCP methodologies). Other key skills should include strong report writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and external clients
