BCM Executive Forum 2012 – Raising our Game – Highlights

- “Energising, uplifting, motivating and inspirational”
- “A diverse and enriching experience that brings different agendas and interests together”
- “Well organised and expertly facilitated. A great learning experience even for experienced executives”
These are just some of the comments made by attending delegates of the recent BCM Executive Forum that took place this month in Brussels. This year’s Forum set as its theme “Raising our Game” and delivered a high-impact, great value-add agenda on topics relating to this subject. High-profile speakers from a wide range of BCM related disciplines provided unique professional insights based on practical experience on how to integrate BCM into an organisation’s strategic planning. Breakout sessions and open forum discussions provided the necessary platform for some lively debate and prolific thought exchange. The Forum was very well received and delivered on its promise; in fact, in terms of ‘meeting expectations’, the post-event evaluation revealed an excellent score - 5.53 out of 6.00!
Next year’s Forum is scheduled to take place on 12th & 13th June 2013 in Europe (exact location yet to be confirmed).

About the BCM Executive Forum
The BCM Executive Forum takes place every year in June and is delivered in collaboration with the BCI corporate Partnership. The Executive Forum provides a highly interactive discussion platform to support information exchange and peer-to-peer networking amongst experienced BCM professionals and related disciplines on key BCM topics.
The BCM Executive Forum is designed for experienced in-house practitioners from the worlds of Business Continuity and Crisis, Security and Risk Management. Places are limited to maximise learning and networking opportunities.
A key output of the Forum is a high-level strategic report that summarises all the key outcomes and findings of the Executive Forum. This report is distributed to attending delegates and all BCI Corporate Partners only. The report provides delegates with an excellent tool to further develop BCM as a strategic arm of their organisation as well as offering some unique professional development opportunities.
