Delegate terms and conditions

1.Early Bird rates
Early Bird rates must be booked and paid for by the deadline as follows:
Super Early Bird – 30th April
Early Bird – 31st July

If payment has not been received one week before and it cannot be guaranteed in the following seven days, a new invoice will be raised at the next delegate rate.

2. Payment
Payments must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or by 10th November, whichever is sooner. The BCI reserves the right to charge interest on any late payments. In special circumstances the 30 days may be extended, but this will be at the discretion of the accounts department and may result in an extra charge.

3. Cancellation
Once confirmed, Super Early Bird rates are non-refundable, but can be transferred into another name.

Once confirmed, Early Bird and standard rates are refundable minus a 20% administration charge if notification is made in writing by 31st August. No refunds will be given after 1st September, but bookings can be transferred to another name.

4. Price includes:

  • Attendance at the conference
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Attendance at pre-dinner drinks and the Gala Dinner
  • Refreshments during break times and lunch on both days
  • Presentations on memory sticks
  • Conference brochure
  • Continuity Magazine
  • Delegate pack

5. Price does not include:
Accommodation. The BCI have some rooms reserved at a special rate at the Novotel. Please contact lucy.burns@thebci.org for more details

6. Programme changes
The BCI reserves the right to make alterations to the published programme should it become necessary to do so. We will endeavour to ensure that the revised content remains comparable to the published programme.
